Pick one of the three organizations I mentioned (IBM, the Apache
Foundation, the Mafia). Describe it in terms of each of the three
metaphors I presented in class. Show how the metaphor applies to the
organization, and what aspects of the organization the metaphor
reveals.

Now do the same with a second organization of your own -- one that you
have some familiarity with.

I'd expect each description of an organization from the perspective of
a metaphor to take around a third to a half a page; so the full
assignment should be two to three pages.
